Rachel is part of Innoval’s Process Improvement team, as well as being our Quality Systems Manager.
She also delivers Life Cycle Assessment and sustainability projects.
Rachel joined Innoval in 2018 as a Process Engineer. She works with our clients to optimise their rolling and finishing operations. Rachel also delivers Life Cycle Assessment and sustainability projects as part of Innoval’s Strategic Service team, and she teaches on several of our training courses.
Prior to joining Innoval, Rachel studied mechanical engineering at university and entered the aluminium industry on a graduate programme. Rachel worked in Operational, Maintenance and Technical teams before becoming a Process Engineer within the finishing departments of a large rolling company which served the lithographic industry.
Rachel is passionate about encouraging young people into STEM related subjects.
