Mark is part of our Process Improvement team. He works on optimising aluminium rolling and finishing processes.
Mark started his career with Algroup/Alcan UK at their Bridgnorth site. Throughout his career with Alcan, and later Novelis, Mark has worked predominantly on the cold and foil rolling of aluminium. He has held leadership positions in Operations, Maintenance and Process Engineering.
Following his work at Novelis UK, Mark worked as a project manager for a structural steel company and then as a technological process engineer for a global supplier of metallurgical equipment. This role saw him commissioning and providing process support on newly installed single and multi-stand aluminium cold rolling mills around the world.
Mark joined us from Danieli-UK where he worked as a Process Technologist. This involved establishing parameters concerning performance guarantees, utilisation and productivity of plants, supporting the sales team in preparing client proposals, as well as going on site visits for process support and facilitating/validating the attainment of performance guarantees.
Mark joined Innoval in January 2021 as part of the Process Group where he works on optimising aluminium rolling assets and processes.
