Lucas is a Senior Engineer working within our Process Improvement Team.
He joined Innoval in 2023 and works with our clients to optimise their processes and operations.
Lucas has a degree in Product Design and a postgraduate qualification in Manufacturing Systems Engineering & Management from the Warwick Manufacturing Group (WMG) at the University of Warwick. His industrial experience includes engineering, cast house operations, strip mill & slitting operations. Before joining Innoval, Lucas worked as a Hot Rolling Area Process Engineer within the technical department of a large rolling company which served the lithographic industry.
Lucas is highly passionate about operations & manufacturing excellence.
