Here at Innoval, we always aim to listen to our customers in order to truly understand their needs. Client feedback is incredibly valuable to us as it helps us identify where we can do better. It also forms a key part of the continuous improvement culture within our ISO9001 and ISO17025 accreditations.
Our most recent Client Survey was made up of 10 questions and it was open from 3rd November to 4th December 2023. We sent the survey to all clients who had received a report, an invoice or who had taken part in one of our training courses over the last 3 years.
